About You

In this role, you will work directly with the Senior Manager, Process Improvement to achieve Carsome’s vision, mission, and strategic goals which play a critical role in the success of the brand. You will also be working closely with counterparts from various business units to optimize and implement new processes or process enhancements; leading cross-functional initiatives along with regional and local teams to improve operational efficiency.


Your Day-to-Day

  • Serve as PMO to drive impactful cross functional projects aligned with business goals:
    • Conduct process assessments and studies across business units to identify inefficiencies
    • Identify and initiate high impact process improvement projects
    • Drive continuous improvement projects to improve operational efficiency

  • Oversee all B2C operation related processes and efficiency.
    • Support local teams in designing, improving and implementing process changes/ new processes.
    • Drive process compliance

Your Know-How

  • Diploma and or Degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, Industrial Engineering or similar field
  • Previous experience as a Process Improvement Executive, Process Executive/ Engineer, Operations Executive, or a similar field
  • Excellent knowledge of process-based operation, LEAN Six Sigma, is preferred
